Yes, most slings can be washed at 158° F (70° C) but you should always follow the instructions on the sling label.

Yes, there are two options: - the Tarzan system or modified door openings and headers.

Yes, your consultant can determine which liftsystem is most suitable for the available space.

Q. Can a mobile lift be used with a bathtub?

Yes, if the bathtub allows the lift base to pass underneath.

Q. Can I lift a patient onto a treatment table with a height of 35.1 inch (90 cm )?

This is possible with all our lifts.

Q. Can I use a ceiling motor to move between rooms?

This is only possible if the door opening is suitably raised. This can be done by installing a suitable sliding door or rotary door.
If the existing door opening cannot be modified, you can use the combination of a track-to track motor and the Tarzan system to provide access to the adjoining room or rooms.

Q. Can a ceiling motor with a rail system be used with all types of ceilings?

This is almost always possible. SureHands has effective, creative solutions for a wide variety of situations.
When you are building or renovating your house, it is important to contact us as early as possible in the implementation phase.

Q. What happens if there is a power failure?

This does not have any effect. Almost all of our lifts operate on rechargeable batteries and have an emergency down function.

This ranges from 320.45 Lbs (145 kg) to 500 Lbs (227 kg), depending on the lift system.

Three to five years on average.

Q. Can a rail system be fitted to every type of ceiling?

This must be assessed on site by your local sales representative. If ceiling mounting is not possible, a wall-to-wall mounting system may provide a solution.
