The rails can be mounted directly to the ceiling: this is a simple solution that is almost always possible.
If that isn’t possible, it’s usually possible to mount the rail track system from wall to wall, or a combination of both.
Another option is a fully or partially freestanding rail track system.

Connect the traverse system to a second room

Accessing an adjoining room is possible with a traverse connection.
Motor moves smoothly from room to room by connecting movable rail to a fixed rail.
A manual version is easy to use with little effort from the caregiver.
An electric version is available so the entire system can be used independently.
An integrated safety allows the motor to continue only when both rails are perfectly connected.

Moving around the entire room without assistance

Independent use in combination with the SureHands Body Support and the 2815 celing motor.
A traverse rail system makes it possible to transfer anywhere in the room.
Parallel rails can be mounted to the ceiling or wall to wall.
Access an adjoining room with the traverse connector (optional).

When ceiling attachment is not desirable

With a reinforced rail running from wall to wall, you can span a distance of up to 7 meters
This is a good solution when the ceiling is not strong enough or when fasteners cannot or should not be installed in it
